FICAC Charges Former FAVC Boss
No plea was taken today after Bolea's lawyer, Mele Rakai asked the court to defer the case as she is still going through the first phase of disclosures.
Magistrate Josaia Waqaivolavola adjourned the case to the 9th of next month and agreed on bail with the sum of $500 and assurity for the same sum.
FICAC prosecutor, Paul Madigan did not object to bail. Rakai also told the court that Bolea was to leave the country for a business trip this week and should return before the 9th of February.
