The Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) is looking at putting in a bid to provide building material as part of the proposed US$10 billion relocation of a US Army Air base in Japan.

Humes Industries Managing Director Mosese Waqavakatoga said the three subsidiary companies Humes Industries, Standard Concrete along with Fiji Industries Limited are currently looking at their options of supplying cement works and road making materials for the project.

Waqavakatoga revealed at the moment they are holding talks with a member of the US Institute of Architect and former PWD engineer Munir Dean before they finalize all the paper work to put in their bid.
