FFA protest meeting still underway
Labasa lodged the protest last night on the ground that Kumar played for Lautoka in the O-league and then returned to his Auckland City club in New Zealand and should not play for Navua in the IDC.
The other protest which the Fiji FA are hearing has been lodged by Nadroga against Nadi on fielding the two Australian based players.
Nadroga complained about the fact that the two players have not been properly cleared to play for Nadi.
A decision is expected to be made this afternoon.
On the game that was played this morning, Rewa defeated Ba 1-nil while Nasinu lost 2-nil to Suva.
Rewa coach Manoj Kumar said the ground condition did not help any of the two sides as they have to change their game plan to adapt to the condition.
Meanwhile, Fiji Football Association had an emergency meeting this morning where a decision was made to shift today's games to tomorrow due to the heavy downpour last night.
Now tomorrow's games will be shifted to Sunday and the last round of pool games have now been shifted to Monday.
The semi-finals and final will now be played next weekend at the TFL stadium.
The first commentary for tomorrow at 5.45pm, Labasa will take on Nadi.
