As the wait continues for the announcement of the National soccer squad for next year’s Pacific games, the Fiji Football Association is now trying to arrange international matches.
Fiji FA President, Dr Samsu Dean Sahu Khan said the parent soccer body has been criticized for lack of international matches, yet one has to understand the amount of money involved in such games.
In the latest ranking released by FIFA last week, Fiji has dropped 16 places and now sit in 143rd spot of the 203 countries listed in the rankings.
