The much awaited Fiji Football Association board meeting will take place next Saturday.

The issue that many will be interested in is Fiji FA’s stance on the incident in the dying stages of the Courts IDC final where Ba players refused to complete the match.

Fiji FA President Rajesh Patel has already confirmed that disciplinary action will be taken against some officials and players.

The other issue is the attendance of two Vice Presidents.

One of them is Dewan Chand who is convicted and imprisoned for the defilement of a class eight student.

He has filed an appeal.

Another Vice President Anil Sharma is away overseas for some time and board members are also expected to discuss his future with Fiji FA.

The venues of the major soccer tournaments for next year are also expected to be decided in the meeting.
