The results of the 2008 Fiji Eighth Year Examination have been dispatched to district education offices around the country.

A total of 16,102 class eight students sat the examination at 673 centres.

Schools have been advised that they can collect their results from the various district education offices later today.

Meanwhile, Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole has called on all candidates, teachers, heads of schools and school management to remain focused on their various responsibilities during the duration of the examinations.

With the Fiji Junior Examinations well underway, Bole said students must not be disturbed in any way.

The Fiji Seventh Form exams begin on November 3rd while the Fiji School Leaving Certificate is on the 11th of November.
