While it is a good idea, I hope the Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA) is also looking for a long term solution to Fiji's electricity problems.
These are the sentiments of Fiji Employers Federation president Dixon Seeto who said the FEA should look for a long term solution to Fiji's electricity problems.
The FEA is expected to ask 40 businesses in the country to generate their own electricity as they said there is a water shortage at the Monasavu Dam to cater for the generation of power for everyone.
The Authority said this will be a great help as they only have enough power to supply to residential areas.
