The 17 films produced by schools from around the country and entries of the 2010 Fiji Audio Visual Commission Kula Film Awards will be screened at an international film festival.
FAVC Acting Chief Executive Officer Florence Swamy said the films which reflected major issues affecting them will be taken to another level as plans are in place to screen the films at a French international film festival.
The winners will be announced this Saturday at the National Gymnasium.
The public will also have the opportunity to view and vote for their favorite film on the FAVC website.
