Flying Fijian designated coach Samu Domoni Junior has named an experienced lineup to defend the Pacific Rugby Cup in May.

After the trials last night, Domoni has picked the Fiji Warriors and the Barbarian team for the tournament.

The squads consist entirely of Fiji's top local based players and are a mixture of experienced blended with youthful talent.

Defending champions, Air Pacific Warriors, boast a formidable looking line-up with the services of players such as Viliame Veikoso, Sireli Ledua, Leone Nakarawa, Jimilai Naikadawa and Alefoso Yalayalatabua all of whom toured with the Flying Fijians last November.

Also included in the Warriors line-up are outstanding loose forwards Dale Tonawai and Mosese Volavola while in the backs there is the very talented John Stewart as well as, quite possibly, Fiji rugby's next backline superstar in Aisake Katonibau.

Neither do the Fiji Barbarians lack for talent with players such as hooker Vereniki Sauturaga and Kelemedi Bola who also toured with the Flying Fijians last November and former Flying Fijian fullback Taniela Rawaqa.

The PRC will kick-off on the 6th of May.
