Expect to be transferred as soon as early next year if external exam results from your schools are less than 50 percent.
Teachers in secondary schools have been cautioned by the Interim Education minister, Netani Sukanaivalu, that the results for Fiji Junior Certificate and the Fiji School Leaving Certificate examinations this year will determine their future.
Sukanaivalu adds that the infrastructure may not be up to standard or the background of individual students may be factors however teachers should try their best to motivate these students.
He also adds that once these schools with less than 50 percent have been dealt with by the Ministry, they will then move on to other schools in order to improve results.
