Expect more rain-Weather Office
This has been confirmed by Deputy Director Nadi Weather Office, Alipate Waqaicelua who adds that the current weather patterns are due to a trough of low pressure over the group.

Meanwhile, as heavy rain continues in Ba, the town remains open while the Ba market is closed.
Bus services have been suspended but only to areas that are flooded.
Kumkum area in Ba, which is a low lying area, is also under 2 feet flood water.
More than 23 houses in Koroqaqa are also under flood waters and the families have moved to higher ground. It has been confirmed that the Queens Highway at Sarava is also under flood water and is now closed to all traffic.
As for Rakiraki Naqoro flats, the town area, market area and Qalau are flooded.
In Lautoka, the Kings road is open for traffic and flood waters have receded in the Sarawa and Karavi areas.
