Expect fine weather over the next few days as the trough of low pressure over the country weakens.
That is the word from the Nadi Weather Office after the country experienced rainy weather conditions overnight.
According to the duty forecasters, the rain bands over the country are slowly moving East towards the Lau group and this will see cloudy periods with sunshine for the rest of the country.
At the moment, those people staying in Lau mostly Vanuablavu, Lakeba, Totoya and surrounding areas will experience rain through the afternoon into tonight.
