The Deputy Director for Nadi Weather office, Alipate Waqaicelua confirms so far Rarawai Ba has recorded coolest temparatures compared to other places.
He confirmed on Sunday 4th July this year temperature in Rarawai Ba was recorded 13.3 degrees which was lowest for this year.
On the same day temperature in Labasa was 13.4 degrees, Monasavu recorded 13.6 degrees.
Waqaicelua said due to high pressure, cooler nights are expected this week starting tomorrow as temperature is expected to be close to 13 degrees at night in some areas.
