An exciting opening awaits the first day of the Digicel Suva International 7's next Thursday.

After the Suva Rugby Union announced the draw last night, the first game of the 2010 Suva International 7's will see former 7's coaching partners Waisale Serevi's Papua New Guinea team taking on Josateki Savou's Wardens side at 4.40pm.

Both Serevi and Savou worked together in 2007 to guide the Fiji 7's team to their only win in the IRB 7's series but next weekend they will be sitting on different benches hoping to start with a win.

The Second pool game will be between Western Force of Australia and Police which is coached by former national 7's rep and assistant coach, Manasa Bari.

Other interesting games will see Suva playing Manawatu which is likely to have the services of former NZ 7's rep Craig de Goldie and Wanganui winger Asaeli Tikoirotuma.

The last two pool games will be between the strong Samoa Barbarians outfit and Ratu Filise before the closing game at 7.30pm where we will see the Digicel Fiji Barbarians playing the Northern Sharks.

Pool games will continue on Friday afternoon before the 1/4 finals on Saturday.
