An estimated $300,000 has been spent by the Commissioner Northern’s Office to restore essential services and combat health risks in the cyclone affected areas.
Commissioner Northern Colonel Inia Seruiratu said distribution of rations were quite difficult in the Northern division because it is done both on land and sea which is a costly exercise.
