Save the Children Fiji will be using the donations they have received from the general public and organisations to assist an estimated 300 000 school children affected by the recent floods.

Chief Executive, Chandra Shekar said that at the moment they have received close to $140 000 from various organisations with more pledging their support.

Meanwhile, Shekar confirms they are assisting 483 students from the Rewa Delta, and low-lying settlements in the area and are still putting together statistics for the North and the Western Division.
