The England 7s team has been forced to make a late change in Port Elizabeth, as one of their key man in Dubai last week has been forced to withdraw.
Mike Ellery has been ruled out after suffering an injury and will be replaced by John Brake.
England is in pool D with Argentina, Samoa and Zimbabwe.
Meanwhile, the Digicel Fiji 7s team will play Australia at 11:28pm tonight before facing France at 2.34am tomorrow then Scotland at 6.14am also tomorrow.
The national side is expected to meet either England, Samoa or Argentina in the Cup quarterfinals.
Barring any upsets Fiji will face either New Zealand, Kenya, South Africa or Wales in the semifinals.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 11:39pm tomorrow, the cup semis at 3:49am Monday while the cup final will be at 6:30am Monday.
