The England Sevens team will start as favorites in the South Africa Sevens this weekend.
After last weekend’s win in Dubai, the Ben Gollings captained side will be the team to beat during the two day competition.
Although they are pooled with defending champions New Zealand, who they beat in Dubai, they are likely to be in the quarterfinals as the other two teams in their group are Russia and Kenya.
Coach Ben Ryan said being the number 1 team does not guarantee them a win in South Africa.
Fiji is in Pool B with Samoa, USA and Namibia.
Fiji will open their South Africa Sevens campaign against Namibia on Friday night at 11.43pm.
