The Vodafone Fiji Bati suffered their second consecutive loss at the Rugby League World Cup after going down to England 34-12 in their last pool match earlier this morning.

Fiji managed to hold England in the first half with Eloni Vunakece scoring the first try as the two teams went into the breather locked at 6-all.

Despite a second half try from Semi Radradra Fiji Bati could not stop the onslaught as England ran riot to claim victory.

The Vodafone Fiji Bati is expected to meet the winner of the Samoa and France match in the Cup quarter finals.

Meanwhile, in another match this morning Australia beat Ireland 50-0.
