Defending Dubai Sevens champion England is aiming to make it three consecutive title wins.

England will try and equal New Zealand’s record title wins and have announced four changes to the team that appeared in the Gold Coast Sevens last month.

A notable return is former captain and 2009 IRB Sevens Player of the Year Ollie Phillips.

England is in pool C with South Africa, Samoa and Portugal.

Meanwhile, Digicel Fiji Sevens team manager Semi Rogoyawa said the team is injury free and the morale is high in camp.

Fiji will open its Dubai campaign against Spain at 6.50pm this Friday, followed by Scotland at 10.36pm and the final pool game against Kenya at 3.58 on Saturday morning.
