It will cost $400,000 to put in place the Employment Relations Bill and we do not have the money even though it is in the budget.
These are the words of Interim Labour Minister, Bernadette Ganilau who arrived into the country yesterday after a series of meetings overseas.
Ganilau said the bill means a lot for the workers but the country's overall economy has to be taken into account.
