The Fiji Employers Federation said there should be no problem for employers to give time offs to their Hindu employees so that they can participate in Ram Naumi celebrations tomorrow.
President, Dickson Seeto said apart from essential services employees can be released from work.
Fiji Retailers Association president, Himmat Lodhia said early lunch break is one option.
Their comments came after the Sanatan Dharam Bhraman Sabha called on business houses and employers to release their employees around midday tomorrow so that they can take part in Ram Naumi celebrations.
