The Electronic Voter Registration process has kicked off in Fiji today with a steady start as people trickled in at the voter registration centers from this morning.
Fijivillage visited the centers and the eligible voters who were waiting to be registered say they are lucky that they have beaten the long lines as they did not have to wait for a long period of time.
Many people we spoke to say they are really excited about the new electoral process.
People also say they understand that voter registration is the beginning of the electoral process and they are looking forward to the 2014 elections.
