Good news to members of the public as electricity has been restored to most of the areas in the West namely Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua, in the North at Labasa Town, Savusavu and Levuka except Cawaci.
In the Central Business District here in Suva, electricity has been restored at the CWM Hospital and Suva Private, Wailoku Pumping Station and Waila Treatment Plant, parts of Kinoya and Raiwasa area, parts of Mead Road and Princess Road, the Vatuwaqa Industrial area, Fletcher Road and USP.
Meanwhile, FEA Engineers and Technicians are currently working on other areas in the Central division.
Meanwhile FEA advises people to take extra care and keep away from any broken power lines and to treat every line as LIVE.
