The northern and rural school tour has ended and the survey reveals that attention needs to be put on school results.

Interim Education Minister, Netani Sukanaivalu said that after touring five svchools in Savusavu he has come to the conclusion that education needs to be the priority of the parents.

The tour of rural schools in Vanua Levu and Lau is part of the Ministry's plan to ensure that schools get exposure and the Ministry is aware of what is happening in these schools.

Teachers are also being urged to help students to be committed to their school work.
