All schools are prohibited from playing the Charlie Charlie Game.
This follows the circular released to all school heads by the Ministry of Education last night.
Acting Permanent Secretary Kelera Taloga says the Charlie Charlie game is disrupting the process of teaching and learning in schools.
Taloga says disciplinary action will be taken against any student found in breach of the directive.
She says the Ministry strongly recommends that all schools and relevant stakeholders take an active role in preventing students from engaging in this game.
Charlie Charlie is a game which has gone viral on social media and is said to call a group of Mexican demons.
