Part of Edinburgh drive in Suva is still closed to all traffic due to fallen trees last night.
The Senior Technical Advisor from the Divisional Roads Engineer Central/Eastern office, Narendra Rama said upon inspection of the road this morning they found out that some more trees are likely to fall during this rainy season.
He said PWD officials are getting ready to cut these trees and are hoping to open the road by 4pm today.
He added that to avoid any risk to the general public they advise motorists to use alternative routes for now.
