Easy win for Babas
The Fiji Barbarians side laced with national reps like Jerry Burotu, Watisoni Votu, Ilai Tinai and Waisale Dau together with the likes of Apenisa Dralia had an easy win over Nabukavesi Babas 26-0.
Jerry Burotu started the ball rolling by running in with the first try with others to follow from Mitieli Nacagilevu and Waisale Dau.
Meanwhile, the Samoan Barbarians with the likes of Uale Mai and Lolo Lui leading the charge also had a 26-0 win over Nakavika Eagles.
In the other games this morning, Ratu Filise 1 beat Matinasau 19-0, Post Fiji beat Laucala 33-0, the winners of last week’s Nawaka 7s Samurai Barracudas thrashed Tacirua by 45-0.
Also Police with the return of Etonia Naba beat Damu Young Guns 14-0 while Ratu Filise 2 beat Japan 5-0.
The Fiji Bitter Marist 7s is currently underway at the TFL National Stadium.
