An earthquake was felt at about 12.55 pm this afternoon in the Western Division.
Mineral Resources Department Seismologist Nilesh Kumar Jeet said the earthquake was located about 131 km west of Nadi Town and measured 4.8 on the Richter scale.
The tremor was felt around the Western Part of Viti Levu, however no damage has been reported.
