One of the Organisers Ashwini Prabha of the WWF said the response they got was so amazing that the time seemed so short.
The amount of power saved from last night's WWF organized Earth Hour from 8-9pm will be known tomorrow morning.
As the WWF is working in conjunction with the Fiji Electricity Authority, who have been monitoring the electricity consumption for the past few Saturdays and will compile a report showing the actual change during the 60 minutes people switched off for Earth Hour from 8 to 9 on Saturday evening.
