About 290 students of Bemana Catholic Primary and Seconday School in Navosa would benefit from the project undertaken by the Fiji Education Sector Programme of the European Union.
Bemana Catholic Primary School Head teacher Iosefo Takala said the project includes a new dormitory which will house 56 students, and two teachers quarters.
Takala said a boat, an outboard engine, a backup generator and 180 desks and chair will also be shared for both schools.
Takala add they are grateful for the gifts which will boost education in the highlands.
According to EU local programme manager Sowane Puamau the EU Delegation to the Pacific Wiepke Van Der Goot will officially hand over the project on Friday.
