The new Employment Regulations Bill will be the main topic of discussion at the 42nd Biennial Congress meeting for the Fiji Trade Union Congress which starts in Nadi today.
According to general secretary for the congress Felix Anthony, they will be looking at ways in which the union members will be able to benefit from the regulation which came into effect on April 2nd.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Nadi, Anthony said a symposium will be held this morning on the Bill and Labour laws.
Anthony added that following the symposium, they will also elect office bearers for their youth and women's wing of the congress and also put their two year plan into place.
