Youths are agents of change and peace builders.
This is the aim of a workshop organized by ECREA called "Conflict and Role of Young people as Peace Builders" which gets underway in Lautoka today, which will be focusing on how young people from different ethnic, religious and cultural groups.
Workshop coordinator Waisale Ramoce said 12 youths have been chosen and will undergo training in order to be able to head ECREA Youth Peace and Development Programme.
In the Workshop, youths will be given training on how to handle racial discrimination as well as put together modules for future youth led projects.
The Workshop ends on Thursday.
