Expect lower prices for household items with intense competition starting this festive season.

Comfort Home Furnishing Limited has today announced that they have now hired the services of James Dutta as their retail consultant to take the company to greater heights.

Dutta who has 37 years of experience in the retail sector has joined Comfort Home Furnishing after a break of 12 months and he said people will now save 20% to 30% on any furniture bought from their stores as there will be no middlemen involved.

He said Comfort Home has also gone into selling electrical items apart from selling Fiji made furniture and beds, and he expects healthy competition in the market.

Dutta said they are planning to have their Sleepmate stores all over Fiji by next year in an effort to help the economy as Comfort Home is a 100% locally owned company using all local resources to make its furniture.
