The dry weather conditions experienced in most parts of the country is expected to stay for the next two months however people can expect some rain too.
Nadi Weather Office Director, Rajendra Prasad said the El Nino effect is expected to last for a few more months which were predicted last year.
According to Prasad, Fiji can expect some rain in the coming months however it will not be sufficient to fill the reservoirs.
The water supply department had earlier revealed that water levels at their reservoirs are low and as a result people have started to face water disruptions.
