Drug abuse by students has become a major problem in Fiji and parents now need to take serious steps to overcome this.
Tavua District Secondary School will come into this year's Tadra Kahani with the theme "people arise, the world is dead".
Student Representative, Fa'aga Motoava said firstly education begins from home and they have a feeling that some parents have become so busy now that they seldom talk to their children.
The schools taking part in the Senior Division in this year's Tadra Kahani include the defending champions, Rishikul Sanatan, Suva Grammar School, Ratu Kadavulevu School, Monfort Boys Town, Tavua District, Cuvu College, along with new comers Khalsa College, St Vincent, Sila Central, Tavua College, and Lomary Secondary.
Tadra Kahani will be held from the 19th to the 21st of this month at the Vodafone Arena.
