The LTA has noticed a significant change in drivers attitudes towards the safety of children in cars.

This is what Media Liaison Officer Ratu Eroni Volavola said about what their officers have noticed in the past week during their month long campaign aimed at highlighting the need to ensure children under 8yrs of age are not seated in the front seat, and are seated in a proper child safety seat.

Volavola said while they are happy with this change they see in drivers, they are concerned that many people are still not wearing their seatbelts.
