Police are expected to lay charges on a man whose brother died in an accident early Saturday morning in Lajonia, Labasa.
The man was driving his 24yr old brother to Labasa Hospital when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle and collided with an oncoming vehicle.
Director Traffic, SSP Mahesh Mishra said charges will be laid in a few days and he will be produced in court later this week.
The driver in the oncoming vehicle is admitted at the Labasa Hospital.
