A 32-year-old taxi driver is expected to appear in the Labasa Magistrate court tomorrow for allegedly causing the death of a 55-year-old man last week.
The man has been charged with one count of aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death.
The victim was travelling in the taxi and allegedly went off the road hitting a culvert post causing it to overturn along the Hibiscus Highway on Friday afternoon.
He was rushed to the Savusavu hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
