Ousted Minister, Savenaca Draunidalo appeared for the fifth time in the Suva Magistrates court this morning, facing charges relating to drunk driving.
Magistrate John Semesi raised the question on why full disclosures have not been served to Draunidalo until now.
Magistrate Semesi warned Divisional Prosecuting Officer Southern, SP Permal Naidu that he will acquit Draunidalo if full disclosures are not served.
The case has been adjourned to the 11th of December.
