Dr. Shameem attacks Isireli Fa legal stance
In a letter to Isireli Fa, member of the society, Doctor Shaishta Shameem told Fa that he cannot declare some judges to be unlawful and still demand that they hear the cases.
She questions Fa and I quote "How can you appear before an unlawful judge? Why should you expect that? You cannot eat your cake and have it too", end of quote.
Doctor Shameem also said that Fa is interfering with the livelihood of lawyers by obstructing their ability to appear in court. She said Fa is preventing the lawyers from fulfilling their duty to clients.
She goes on to question Fa on how he has come to the conclusion that the judges are illegal and whether he is legally correct, will be tested by the court.
Doctor Shameem said she declines to have her professional integrity destroyed by one person's conjecture that the judges are unlawful and therefore will distance herself from Fa's view, and will ask the courts to note that for the record during her next appearance in court.
