Disbarred lawyer, Doctor Mohammad Shamsud-Dean Sahu Khan is expected to be cross examined through a video conference call later today in relation to his case before the Independent Legal Services Commission.
This morning, lawyer, Virisila Lidise asked Commissioner John Conners if she could be given sometime to go through the 62 pages of affidavits by Dr. Sahu Khan given to her by his lawyer Natasha Khan.
Dr. Sahu Khan is still away overseas.
The full hearing is expected to be completed by tomorrow.
Doctor Sahu Khan faces nine counts of professional misconduct, his law firm faces one count of professional misconduct and one count of unsatisfactory conduct.
