That's the message of Interim Health Minister, Doctor Jona Senilagakali to the Methodist Church of Fiji executives who are calling on the interim government to write off the 435 thousand dollars owed by the church to the Health Ministry.

Doctor Senilagakali stresses that the understnding was clear from the start that the government would use tax dollars to repair and maintain the Ba Mission Hospital owned by the Methodist Church of Fiji, and then the church would repay the amount.

Although the church has threatened to close the hospital, Doctor Senilagakali said it is now time for the church to pay up.

Doctor Senilagakali has also revealed that he is now taking legal action against the church to ensure that the debts are paid up.
