Kiwis rugby league star Shaun Kenny‑Dowall allegedly assaulted his girlfriend seven times and is facing 10 domestic violence charges.
The 28‑year‑old winger who plays for the Roosters is expected to plead not guilty to 10 charges related to domestic assault and stalking when he appears in court tomorrow.
Jessica Peris the daughter of former Australian Olympic star Nova Peris ‑ and Kenny‑Dowall are believed to have been in an 18 month de facto relationship which ended just weeks ago.
Kenny‑Dowall will play for the Roosters when they take on the West Tigers at 7.35pm this Friday.
