Interim Prime Minister and Co-Chair of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji, Commodore Frank Bainimarama has sent out a message to Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase that the door is now open for him to come forward and participate in the National Council.
Bainimarama confirmed last night that another invitation was sent out to Qarase on Tuesday night but he again declined the offer.
Qarase is expected to comment in the next hour.
