The Fiji Islands Council of Trade Union says the FPSA's General Secretary should not take credit for the decision reached by the Tribunal to restore civil servants pay back to March 2007.
Attar Singh said Rajeshwar Singh has not only angered FICTU's affiliates but also deeply embarrassed his own members when he hijacked the Employment Tribunal Award applicable to FICTU affiliates only and, falsely claimed glory and credit for achieving restoration of back pay.
He added Singh is misleading his members.
Meanwhile the PSC had stated they will be appealing the Employment Tribunal decision.
