This is the call from the Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre (FWCC) as Christmas draws near.
Co-ordinator Shameema Ali said that for the past few years, Christmas for many women has been spoiled because of violence and that is not the spirit of Christmas.
The Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre recorded 293 domestic violence cases from January to October this year.
