Please do not be complacent even though there has not been an increase in the number of people infected by the Pandemic H1N1 2009.
Health Ministry spokesperson Iliesa Tora said they have tested over 20 samples this past 3 days at their National Lab at Mataika Laboratory but there are no new cases.
Despite this, the Ministry is calling for public awareness and Tora added that so far, the 10 contracted the disease are all progressing well.
Looking at precautionary measures for people to take: These are always wash your hands frequently with water and soap, avoid touching your face, don't shake hands and avoid kissing or hugging sick people. When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with tissue or your hand and wash your hands afterwards, and if you have the cough or runny nose don't go to work and don't send your kids to school if they are ill, and also see a doctor if you think you might have H1N1.
