The Inquiry into the death of five year old Shavneet Kumar got underway at the weekend with a number of individuals questioned by the Medical Inquiry team.
The Health Ministry confirms that the three member team questioned a list of people who were directly involved in Shavneet's case and were present during an operation on his arm.
The panel was also been handed the post mortem report on Shavneet to assist in investigations and they have until Wednesday to hand in their final report on what caused Shavneet to go into a coma before he died.
Shavneet who was taken into the operation theatre to straighten his fractured arm went into a coma and was put on life support machine soon after and died eight days later.
Health Ministry Officials said the post mortem results will be kept confidential until the Health Ministry decides to make public the findings of the Inquiry team.
