Doctors working extra hours as a result of the nation-wide Fiji Nursing Association strike will be compensated.
Fiji Medical Association spokesperson, Dr James Fong confirms that talks have been underway with health ministry officials on the matter.
Fong also stresses the coping capacity of the maternity unit at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital.
